FE started in 2019 with a simple mission: Build a supportive, motivating community where people push each other to become the best versions of themselves, in fitness and in life. From day one, we've focused on creating an inviting space equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and thoughtfully designed programming to help every member reach their full potential.

We have moved into our new location as of September 2025 and are running daily Functional Fitness Group Training (FE :60) classes Monday through Saturday, as well as Open Gym hours and Wellness and Recovery services -  Full-spectrum Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy, and Normatec Leg Compression Therapy.

Every day is a different workout and will be modified to fit each member's needs - All people and All levels of fitness welcome!
